Shipping and Store Policies

Shipping: All parcels are sent out via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be produced before they ship. All items will be shipped by the 10th business day at the very latest. We are not responsible for USPS delays or loss of packages. If packages are delayed, lost or damaged due to USPS, please contact your post office to file a claim with USPS.

Returns: If an item is defective, please contact us at sales@mamasews.com. Please be able to produce a digital picture to show the defect in the items received. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to notify us of a defect in the item(s). You may be responsible for paying shipping to return to item in some cases. We do not accept other types of returns as items sold are accessories to be worn on a person(s) and cannot be resold. In addition, some items are personalized and do not qualify for return.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time the order was placed. After the 1 hour grace period, we will be unable to cancel your order.
